The ferments
Each one starts with fresh vegetables and ends up in a 400 g glass jar. All are vegan, made without fish sauce or preservatives, and kept refrigerated from our kitchen to yours.

The classic, and the recipe Bella grew up with. Napa cabbage, salted and folded together with a seasoning paste made from scratch. Bright and crunchy when young, deep and tangy as it ripens.
